Curried Crabs

1 Dozen Crabs

3 Tbsp Butter/Margarine

2/3 c. Chopped Onion

2 tsp Minced Garlic

1 Tbsp fresh ground Ginger

4 Tbsp Curry Powder

1 c. Coconut Milk

1 c. Water

Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

1.      1. Clean Crabs and cut into sections.

2.      2. Heat butter  on medium fire and sauté onion, garlic and ginger

3.      3. Mix curry powder with the coconut milk and then add to the butter and onion mixture

4.      4. Add crab and water; bring to boil (add salt and pepper as desired)

5.      5. Cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes (add water if necessary)
