"O you who believe! Fear Allâh and keep your duty to Him. And let every person look to what he has sent forth for the morrow, and fear Allâh. Verily, Allâh is All-Aware of what you do." (Al-Hashr 59:18)

The lack of silence can sometimes lead to violence,

With these few following words I will try to illustrate how,

A situation occurs from those which occur,

And then wrinkled becomes your brow,

At this point your options are two with regards to your words,

Just think, does what you are about to say really need to be heard?

Now if you draw silent, for you is gold,

Even if what you had to say was important,

Later they could be told,

Now if you choose to speak beware indeed,

For it’s not but your anger off of which your words do feed,

Each word giving birth to its sister,

Sentences bearing sentences,

Paragraphs upon paragraphs until,

You deplete your reserves and no longer find any words with which to spill,

You become frustrated and with no words with which to use,

What will become of your anger?

When words run thin, it will reach your limbs,

 This is the unfortunate danger,

The actions which result by way of this process are usually most regrettable,

So take not this path,

Unsheathe not your wrath,

Rather, if you’re standing sit down,

If you still feel upset, choose not the path of regret,

Just chill, and simply lay down,

And before all that, don’t forget,

Just close your mouth, and make not a sound.

“(Remember!) that the two receivers (recording angels) receive (each human being after he or she has attained the age of puberty), one sitting on the right and one on the left (to record his or her actions) . Not a word does he (or she) utter, but there is a watcher by him ready (to record it).” {Qaf: 17-18}
