Ingredients

Nonstick cooking spray

1 cup of low fat granola

1 cup of oats

½ cup of whole wheat flour

1 egg

1/3 Cup of canola oil

1/3 cup of honey

½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Turn on oven to 325degrees (f) line baking pan with foil, letting the foil go up a little bit over the edges of the pan. Lightly coat the foil with the nonstick cooking spray. Save until step 2.

  2.  Put the granola, oats and flour in a large bowl. Stir with a wooden spoon to mix. Add egg, oil, honey and cinnamon. Stir with wooden spoon until all ingredients are coated. Press evenly into prepared pan.

  3. Put baking pan in the oven. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until lightly brown around the edges. Turn off oven.  Use hot pads to remove the pan from the oven. Put pan on the wire rack. Cool baked mixture in pan for 2 hours. Grasp ends of the foil and carefully remove the pan on the wire rack.  Put on the cutting board. Remove foil and throw it away.
