Pepper Steak- serves 4

4 fillet steaks (sliced 1” thick)

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Pepper

2 tbsp Oil

2 Cloves of garlic (minced)

½ Cup Onions (sliced 1” thick)

¼ Cup Green Peppers (sliced 1” thick)

¼ Cup Red Peppers (sliced 1” thick)

¼ Cup Yellow or Orange Bell Peppers (sliced 1” thick)

1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

½ Cup Tomatoes (sliced 1” thick)

2 tbsp Chopped Chives

¼ tsp Lime Juice

Directions

1. Season steak with salt and pepper.

2. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in frying pan and sauté steak for 8-10 minutes, remove from pan.

3. Stir Worcestershire sauce, tomatoes, chives, lime juice, peppers, onions and garlic in bowl.  

4. Turn up heat, stir and cook for 1 minute; adjust salt and pepper to taste.

5. Return steak to pan and stir quickly over high heat until well blended.
